KX! offers two projects in environmental conservation.

DEFCO turtles project is one of the KX! projects that is focused on environment and conservation.
It is a turtle project, along the Malindi - Lamu coastline that can use support in different skill areas. You don’t need to know a lot about turtles in order to assist them, but an open and adventures mind could help.

There are more environmental conservation projects in the Coast Province. KX! is not placing volunteers in these projects since they charge volunteer fees, have high charges or conditions for accommodation.

KX! can bring you in touch with these projects.
